Steph is a strength and conditioning coach AND health coach, who trains clients in private, one-on-one sessions, as well as small group sessions (up to 3 people) that focus on HIIT-based circuit training in Los Angeles. She also has online fitness options that reach her global community during this pandemic time. Wilberding is also a performer with roots in the NYC/Broadway community.
